Creations By Bwaisted will not accept returns or issue refunds unless it's an error on our end. For waist beads please ensure that you measure your waist correctly in inches and feel free to email creationbybwaisted1@gmail.com if you have any questions. If the wrong product is shipped or received in a damage state, The product can be happily exchanged and there will be no shipping fee.

We are not responsible for any products that is marked delivered on the USPS tracking information or products that were misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address. A claim can be filed with USPS.

If a package has been returned to us due to incorrect address, there will be a re shipping fee.
